Licensing and Purchasing FAQ

With subscription, you always get access to the latest version with [support](support.php) during the subscription term; while with perpetual, you own the purchased version of the product for life with a limited period of [support](support.php) from the date of purchase only.

Since we offer fully functional 30-day trial versions of our products for you to test out before committing to a purchase, we do NOT offer refunds or exchanges for any products purchased.

With a single license, you can install and activate the product for the purchased version (if perpertual license) or current version (if subscription license) on up to 3 desktops/laptops. However, you can only use the product on a single computer per license at any given time.

After the subscription expires, the product will stop functioning entirely, and your rights to use it terminate unless the subscription license is renewed.

Your subscription license will be automatically renewed. The renewal will occur on the day after the previous billing cycle ends and will be processed for the exact subscription details (term and number of licenses) as the previous subscription.

You can cancel your subscription on PayPal or Stripe (where you purchased your subscription license) at any time. Once you cancel a subscription, you won't be charged for future subscription fees. However, **past subscription fees won't be refunded.**

No, subscription license is for the current version only.

An **UPGRADE** license allows existing licensed users to upgrade the product to the current version at a discounted price. If you did not purchase any license for the product before, you need to purchase the full license; for subscriptions, there is **one-time** fee for the new license.

If you own a previous license of any product of our company, you are eligible to purchase the **UPGRADE** license.

You need internet access to use PHPMaker, but you don't need to be online all the time. You need to be connected to the Internet to do composer update and npm update after script generation. When you open the product, you also need to be online to verify your license if it has not been verified for more than 30 days.

No, you cannot.
